Super responsive to texts/calls and very personable. We felt like we could tell her exactly what we liked or didn't like about a house/area and she'd run with that information. We were able to find a great home in a new built area and Melanie did the final walk through for us since we were in a different state. She was there every step and has since checked in multiple times to ensure the everything is ok. She's also extremely knowledgeable about Ocean Springs / Mississippi are in general, which was super helpful for us since we had never been here. I would recommend her 100 times over!!
